การต้อนรับครั้งนี้ดำเนินโดย ท่านเอกอัครราชทูตริชาร์ด ซันเดย์ อาลาเดโตยินโบ (รักษาการเอกอัครราชทูตชั่วคราว) พร้อมด้วย นายมาดากิ ฮัสซัน คาโต — เลขานุการเอก สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐไนจีเรีย ประจำกรุงเทพมหานคร ประเทศไทย
ระหว่างการสนทนาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ดร. อภินิตา มอบหนังสือเชิญอย่างเป็นทางการให้สถานเอกอัครราชทูตเข้าร่วมงาน Global Leadership Summit 2025 (GLS2025) ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในเดือนธันวาคม 2568 ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร การหารือครอบคลุมประเด็นสันติภาพในทวีปแอฟริกา ความท้าทายด้านความมั่นคง และแนวทางเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือพหุภาคีระดับโลก
คณะผู้แทนได้รับการตอบรับและความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูต โดยทุกฝ่ายแสดงความพร้อมและสนใจเข้าร่วมในการประชุมสุดยอดผู้นำโลก พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับแนวทางความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ การพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชน และการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมสันติภาพอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
GLS2025 เป็นเวทีสำคัญที่รวมผู้นำระดับนานาชาติจาก ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง ประสบการณ์ และทัศนคติด้านการทูตยุคใหม่ มุ่งสร้างพื้นที่กลางในการแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับความท้าทายระดับโลก ทั้งด้านสันติภาพ ความมั่นคง การศึกษา และความเข้าใจระหว่างวัฒนธรรม
ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังเห็นพ้องถึงการพัฒนา Global Collaboration Platform เพื่อเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่าง ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน ขับเคลื่อนด้านการศึกษา การพัฒนาศักยภาพเยาวชน และการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมสันติภาพ แพลตฟอร์มนี้ช่วยให้ประเทศต่าง ๆ ออกแบบโครงการร่วมกันได้อย่างเป็นระบบและเกิดประโยชน์ต่อประชาคมโลก
เยาวชนยังถือเป็นพลังสำคัญของ การทูตภาคประชาชน (People-to-People Diplomacy) ซึ่งเป็นภารกิจหลักของ UNPKFC ในการสร้างสังคมโลกแห่งสันติสุข ผ่านการเรียนรู้ข้ามพรมแดน การสร้างความเข้าใจร่วม และการทำงานสอดประสานกับเครือข่ายนานาชาติ ตามกรอบเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (UN SDGs)
การเข้าพบในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงความตั้งใจร่วมกันในการสร้างเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนและเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านสันติภาพระดับโลก ที่ทุกฝ่ายสามารถเข้าใจ ร่วมมือ และสนใจทำงานร่วมกันอย่างแท้จริง ภายใต้แนวคิด “One Planet, One Vision, United in Action” เพื่อสร้างอนาคตที่สันติสุขและยั่งยืนร่วมกัน
UNPKFC Meets with the Embassy of Nigeria in Thailand to Discuss Peace Cooperation and the Global Leadership Summit 2025 (GLS2025)
Bangkok, 21 November 2025 —
The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Thailand warmly welcomed a delegation from the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC), led by Dr. Aphinita Chaichana, Global President of UNPKFC, Ms. Rangsima Thongpunchung, Country Director of UNPKFC Thailand Headquarters, and Mr. Michael Ojo — Peace Ambassador of UNPKFC Nigeria, for an official meeting at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Bangkok, Thailand.
The delegation was graciously received by H.E. Mr. Richard Sunday Aladetoyinbo, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim, together with Mr. Madaki Hassan Kato — First Secretary, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Bangkok, Thailand.
During a constructive and cordial discussion, Dr. Aphinita Chaichana presented an official invitation to the Embassy to participate in the Global Leadership Summit 2025 (GLS2025), scheduled to be held in Bangkok in December 2025. The dialogue covered in-depth perspectives on peace in Africa, regional security challenges, and strategies to strengthen multilateral cooperation on the global stage.
The delegation received an exceptionally positive response and full cooperation from the Embassy, with all parties expressing readiness and interest in joining the Summit and exchanging insights on international collaboration, youth development, and the promotion of peace and cultural understanding.
GLS2025 represents a pivotal platform bringing together global leaders from government, private sector, and civil society to exchange ideas, experiences, and perspectives in modern diplomacy. It aims to provide a central space for sharing knowledge and addressing pressing global challenges in peace, security, education, social development, and intercultural understanding.
Both parties also discussed the development of a Global Collaboration Platform to serve as a central mechanism connecting government, private sector, and civil society in advancing education, youth empowerment, and cross-cultural peace initiatives. This platform will enable countries to co-design concrete projects and initiatives, generating tangible benefits for the international community.
Youth remain a vital force in People-to-People Diplomacy, a core mission of UNPKFC in fostering a global society of peace. Through cross-border learning, mutual understanding, and coordinated work with international networks, the initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
This meeting not only strengthens bilateral relations but also reflects a shared commitment to establishing a global platform and network for peace collaboration, where all parties can understand, cooperate, and engage actively. This vision is guided by the principle of “One Planet, One Vision, United in Action”, aiming to create a peaceful and sustainable future together.
